Include Me 2 support children, young people and adults aged from 0 – 100 years affected by a range of disabilities and/or multiple additional support needs including Angleman Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Visually/Hearing Impaired, Fragile X Syndrome, Autism and Aspergers, Global Development Delay, Cystic Fibrosis, and Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and more, with many requiring one-to-one supervision and constant care/support. We believe that providing each child, young person or adult with respect, encouragement and the right support can help them realise their true potential and build a solid foundation for lifelong success.   We work with members both where born with their additional support need or acquired through their life, including accidents, health conditions, or injuries.


Main Function:

To engage, inspire and empower children, young people, adults and families with additional support needs and disabilities including physical, learning and mental health conditions from birth or acquired throughout their lives.

We believe passionately about inclusion, in everyday opportunities and activities that bring our members into their communities and their communities where they live into their lives. We do this by being member-led, person-centred, outcome-focused, asset-based and community-based.


Job Description:

We are looking for creative and dynamic people to join our sessional team of workers who would be able to work across our childrens, young peoples and adult programmes.

If you have skills, experience and qualifications to work with our:

  • Children (Early Years/Play)
  • Young People (Youth Work)
  • Adult (Social Care/Community Development)


We are particularly keen to hear from people with a mixed set of skills and multi-skills approaches.  If you are experienced in delivering a range of activities, can lead a session and support young volunteers or volunteers to be involved in your delivery, then please get in touch.

Some key skills we are keen to see in our programmes are Arts, Music, Drama, Play, Outdoor Play, Street Play, Digital Skills, Coding, Photography, Film Making, Animations, Outdoors Learning and anything else that’s new and exciting!




  • Children Role – Play Work qualification – e.g. SVQ Level 2/3 in Playwork
  • Youth Role – Youth Work qualification – e.g. PDA, SVQ or HND/HND in Communities or Youth Work
  • Hub Club Role – Social Care qualification – e.g. PDA, SVQ Level 2/3, HNC/HND in Social Care


·        basic first aid

·        food hygiene [training can be arranged]

·        Outdoor or Forrest School training/qualifications
