Westlea Care Home, Neilston are currently recruiting for a part-time Office Administrator. We are looking for a conscientious, honest, reliable person who understands the importance of confidentiality. You will be predominately office based and will be required to work 2 days per week – Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
Your duties will include:
General office duties, processing supplier invoices, staff rotas, processing monies, etc
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must be literate in English and able to communicate in an effective manner both verbally and in writing.
Computer skills, e.g. emails, spreadsheets, word documents.
Numeracy skills will also be required.
Full training will be provided
Previous administration experience is essential
