WER463 Administrator Part Time

T30 Fitness and Training Ltd are a Fitness Training Provider trading in 14 countries across the globe.  We are in the process of setting up a new office in The Barrhead Foundry and are looking to recruit an experienced part time Administrator to join our team.


Your duties will include the following:

  • Managing a global database
  • Experience of Microsoft office or equivalent for outlook, excel, databases and word
  • Confident in the use of all social media platforms ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin
  • Manual and digital filing
  • Processing of fitness clothing orders
  • Typing reports
  • General admin duties
  • Manage both receivable and payable invoices


Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Extensive office admin experience
  • A genuine interest in fitness training
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Polite and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience of the Xero Accounting Software Package or equivalent


This is a part-time vacancy 8 hours per week over 2 days between Wednesday to Friday – start times and hours to be discussed and negotiated with employer.
