WER394 Receptionist/Office Administrator – Maternity Cover Temporary

AC WHYTE & Co Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised Receptionist/Administrator to support their Office Manager and Managing Director.

Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Dealing with all internal and external calls and visitors
  • Handling enquiries and passing them on to the appropriate department
  • Assisting with purchase ledger accounts and payroll
  • General administrative duties
  • Assisting the Office Manager and Managing Director

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Accounts and Payroll in the Construction Industry are preferable but not essential
  • Good level of proficiency using MS Office
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Previous reception and administrative experience preferable but not essential
  • Confident telephone manner
