As a Customer Service Representative could you……

  • Enthusiastically work as part of a high performing contact centre team on behalf of our leading clients
  • Consistently put our customers first by actively listening to them, building their trust while understanding their needs
  • Deliver a service where empathy and building rapport are central
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

Opening Hours of Business

Rotational between 8am to 8pm – Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm – Saturday

Training: 3 weeks Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
