|Programme Outline:|| Skills Development Scotland is the national skills body supporting the people and businesses of Scotland to develop and apply their skills. SDS qualified careers advisers provide career information, advice and guidance to customers at any stage of their education or working life.
SDS advisers support customers to develop the career management skills they need to make informed career decisions throughout their lives.
SDS advisers support pupils in each of East Renfrewshire’s high schools and from its centre at The Foundry in Barrhead.
SDS is also a referral agency for customers who wish to access the Employability Fund training provision.
