“Employability Fund Stage 4”

Employability Fund provision at stage 4 is designed for those who are closest to the labour market, who are job ready and will provide additional information, advice and guidance together with job specific occupational training to prepare participants for employment and to successfully progress them to a positive outcome.

GP Strategies Training Ltd will provide to participants a bespoke training programme with tailored industry recognised occupational training. Training will be focused on health and social care, customer service, retail and construction sectors, although referrals will be welcome from applicants who are looking to pursue a career in other areas. All training is designed to encourage learners to further their personal development through improved core/employability and functional skills recognition and sessions available will include: CV preparation, employer marketing, motivation, self confidence/esteem building and 1 to 1 job search. A work placement opportunity will be made available to those learners who feel that it will improve their skills and experience, increasing their chances of moving to a positive destination.
